Watch Pakistan vs Sri lanka Match live T20

Pakistan take on Sri Lanka in a Group F match at Lord's on Friday at 18:00 IST which is an important match for both teams. Pakistan has so far shown they can play like winners or losers, depending on the mood of the team. Shahid Afridi's bowling (with his 4-11 against the Dutch ) has picked up, but his batting style has been ridiculed by everyone since the tournament started. Sri Lanka on the other hand are fresh from two morale boosting victories over Australia and West Indies. Batsman Dilshan and veteran all-rounder Sanath Jayasuriya have both already recorded big scores with the bat.
Sri Lanka arrive Pakistan again to play two Tests, staring from 21st February’2009. They defeated Pakistan in the ODI series as 2 - 1 so Pakistan will try hard to win the Test series on home soil. Sri Lanka is already distraught as India beat them badly both in ODI and T20. So Pakistan can have plenty of opportunities to regain their fame. The two tests have been scheduled to ground on National Stadium and Gaddafi Stadium respectively. So don’t miss the clash of stars and catch them fighting straight from the battle field on 123india.com cricket.
Intikhab Alam(Pakistan Coach) has said the preparatory camp - where the team was in isolation - for the Test series against Sri Lanka in isolation served its purpose. The camp was held at a ground 30 km from Karachi on the advice of Younis Khan, the Pakistan captain.

“The idea was to get the 22 players together, eat together, spend some quality time with each other and analyse the day’s activities,” Alam told reporters on Thursday. “Younis Khan is a very positive man and he gets involved himself with the players.

“Some players were shy so we put pennies in their mouth so that they could speak their heart out. It was not a long camp but we achieved a lot in four days, an understanding was developed.”

Alam said he was also encouraged by Shoaib Malik’s attitude following his removal from captaincy. “I am very happy with how Shoaib is behaving,” he said. “He is very cooperative with the captain, giving him full support and also mixing with his other teammates. I went to him and told him ‘Well done, this is the way, nobody can remain captain forever’.”
